The pre-launch creative QA checklist every team needs

Copy and claims

  • Headline and body copy are within character limits for the placement.
  • No unapproved superlatives ("best", "fastest", "#1") without substantiation.
  • Disclaimers and disclosures are present where required (financial, health, endorsements).
  • CTA matches the landing page content (no bait-and-switch).

Brand consistency

  • Logo is current version and correctly placed.
  • Colors match brand palette.
  • Font is the approved typeface at the correct weight.
  • Tone matches brand voice guidelines.

Tracking and attribution

  • UTM parameters are correctly formatted and match the taxonomy.
  • Landing page URL resolves and loads correctly.
  • Conversion pixels are firing on the destination page.
